Welcome to the Weekly Start/StopA weekly reminder to focus on your top priorities. Was this sent to you? Subscribe here so you don't miss the next one. This Week's Start: Invest one hour learning your next needed skillIf you're doing anything remotely challenging, you know you've got to be a lifelong learner. Today I want to encourage you to identify what the next skill you need to learn is and spend an hour starting to learn it. Find a YouTube course, buy a book, or ask a mentor to coach you in this skill. One hour spent learning can save you dozens of hours in the future. This Week's Stop: Making ExcusesMy friend and mentor Carey Nieuwhof has this saying that I say to myself at least twice a week: You can make excuses, or you can make progress, but you can't make both. Gold. There is some area of your marketing where you're making excuses for underperformance. Whatever that is, stop making excuses for it today and start making progress. Until Next Week... Focus on your most important tasks and ignore everything else... Because the future belongs to efficient marketers. Dillon Smith P.S.
