This Week's Start: Prioritize and Execute

Over the last five months, I've started every day writing down my top three priorities. I have been blow away by how much my productivity has increased because of that small discipline.

If you want to win today, prioritize your most important tasks and execute on them.

Exercise: Grab a sticky note and your to-do list and write out your top three priorities for the day. (Feel free to add a fourth if it needs to get done today.)

Put that sticky note somewhere visible and get to work on number one!

This Week's Stop: How much time do you spend on social media?

Implement one discipline to cut your total time spent on social media down by 10% this week.

Delete an app, turn on app limit in settings, or move your social media apps into a hidden folder.

Invest the time you save into your top priorities this week.

Until Next Week...

Focus on your most important tasks and ignore everything else... Because the future belongs to efficient marketers.
