In the opening chapters he declares war on the normalization of always checking our email, being active on social media, and doing our easy tasks first.

If you haven't read this book, get it on audible and read it today.

This Week's Stop: Avoid Shiny Object Syndrome

Resist the temptation to jump on every new marketing trend or platform without properly evaluating its suitability for your target audience and goals.

You will be tempted to waste your time on something that isn't a top priority for you this week. Avoid it at all costs.
